  • Rushfort artist wins Migratory Waterfowl Stamp Contest

    The 2020 Minnesota Migratory Waterfowl Stamp will feature a painting of a pair of snow geese by Rushford artist Michael Sieve, who won the annual waterfowl stamp contest sponsored by the Department of Natural Resources.
